Our Bourbon is a work of the heart! Truly we love what we do, and our Bourbon is an expression of this love. Our mash consists of 3 grains corn, wheat, and barley. The mash is consistent each and every time. After it is fermented, it is placed in new white oak barrels with a char 3 for incredible flavors. Our barrels come from the Adirondack region. The barrels are placed in our custom-made barrel house and rotated each year as we strive for the mark of superior taste. Allowing the extreme temperatures of New York to work the whiskey in the barrel; creating a masterful flavorful bourbon whiskey.
